What WreckHunt is
WreckHunt is an information service about junkyards, scrap yards and junk-car buyers. We are not a party to anything you buy, sell or arrange with a business listed here.
Information on the site
We work to keep every fact accurate and show where it came from and when, but businesses change hours, prices and policies. Ratings and review counts are floors, not live numbers. Always confirm with the business before you travel, pay or hand over a vehicle. Information is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Reviews you write
You must have visited or dealt with the business yourself, not be connected to it, and follow our review guidelines. You keep ownership of your review and give WreckHunt a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish and display it. We may decline or remove reviews that break the guidelines; we never edit them.
Acceptable use
- Don't post false, misleading or unlawful content, or content about other people's private lives.
- Don't try to manipulate reviews or rankings, including for your own business or a competitor.
- Don't copy the site's content in bulk, scrape it or overload it.
- Don't interfere with the site's security or the forms' spam protection.
Links to other sites
We link to business websites, maps and public records for your convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, WreckHunt and Team WreckHunt are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from dealings with any business listed on it.
